All you have to do is to enter point serial attached with item from your own Dream Bank page.

STEP 1 Detect redeemable items from "point redemption" page

Please click "Point redemption" on the right-hand side of My page.

STEP 2 Select quantity for required item

Enter quantity you need and click "Redeem".

STEP 3 Confirm your request

Make sure type of item, quantity and delivering address, and click "Send" and "Confirmed".

STEP 4 Your request has been sent

Your request is accepted when you see "Redemption request has been accepted". Your item(s) will be arranged in due course..
